Elevate Services - Process Associate - Customer Support (2-4 yrs)
Job Role :
- Interact and understand the issues raised by the End Users and providing with the appropriate resolutions
- Handle client queries
- Propose solutions to clients
- Identify the criticality based on the impact and urgency as described by the user
- Escalate if solution required is beyond stated scope or there is an anomaly
- Ensure and maintain proper documentation
Experience and skills :
- 2 - 4 years of experience working in customer/business support environment
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
- Working knowledge of Call Centre Operations, including SLAs, TATs and AHTs
- Analytical thought process and rational approach towards problem solving
- Should have a logical bent of mind to analyze and resolve complex issues
Qualifications : Any Graduation
