Digital Account Executive Intern

Experience : 0-1 Years

Stipend : 10k for 3 months

Role Description :

Eleva8e Digital is looking for a dynamic Digital Account Executive Intern for our digital marketing services with a proven track record in Digital Agency. The incumbent will own successful delivery of projects, client retention, client growth & overall profitability of accounts assigned to him/her.

Responsibilities :

- Working with business development team on new client pitches.

- Owning successful delivery of projects, client retention, client growth & overall account profitability.

- Working with clients & internal team in developing & executing integrated digital marketing strategies for existing clients. Good understanding of integrated digital marketing services i.e. technology, search, social, media, e-commerce, email marketing, influencers, content etc. is mandatory

- Grow existing accounts by upselling & cross selling Eleva8e digital services

- Project management : Creating scope of work, aligning with different internal teams, ensuring common understanding amongst team working on projects, troubleshooting issues, managing client reporting & ensuring timely delivery as per agreed upon timelines.

- Scouting for high quality resources with help of HR in case outsourcing of a project is required.

- Multitasks seamlessly with clients, internal teams & external vendors for smooth delivery of projects

- Constant evaluation of AI tools to optimize delivery & develop new capabilities.

- Presentation and people skills : Strong presentation and speaking skills; ability to build and maintain relationships easily; ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships; organized (you'll work on multiple projects at once), with high attention to detail; a proactive, can-do attitude.

Qualifications :

- Demonstrated history of managing & scaling accounts in a digital marketing agency environment.

- 0-1 years of experience preferably in a digital marketing agency

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Excellent grasp of word, PPT, excel for daily business needs

- Strong analytical skills & comfortable with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, META business manager, social media analytics etc.

- Problem solving approach is a must.
