Role Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Growth Consultant Intern to join our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing services and a talent for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales and developing strategies that boost client growth and engagement nurturing client relationships, and generating new business.

Responsibilities :

- Reaching out to prospect and understanding their digital marketing requirements.

- Identify, approach, and secure new business opportunities in line with the digital agency's services.

- Design and implement lead generation strategies using digital channels (SEO, social media, PPC, email marketing) to attract qualified leads.

- Schedule a meeting between the client and expert team for a deep dive & expert discussion.

- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand client portfolio.

- Document the client requirements in detail to be able to work on strategy and proposal.

- Collaborate with the internal team to develop presentations, proposals and solutions that meet client needs and objectives.

- Create compelling sales pitches, presentations, and proposals that highlight the agency's strengths and demonstrate the value of its digital services.

- Develop and manage a structured digital sales pipeline to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.

- Maintain client communication over email for minutes of meeting and company credentials.

- Conduct market research to identify trends, client needs, and competitive insights.

- Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve profitable sales growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

- 0-6 Months of experience in a digital marketing agency with a focus on business development, sales, or digital growth.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email marketing.

- Proven experience in sales strategies, lead generation, and business development within a digital marketing agency.

- Fundamental understanding of digital services like Website Development, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to adapt strategies in a dynamic environment.
