Job Title: Manager- Business Development
Report to: CMD
Qualification: B-Tech/Diploma in Engineering (Add values if done MBA in Sales & Marketing)
Experience: 5+ Years
Salary: 6-8 LPA (Depend on Current salary)
Location: Jaipur and Delhi (Field Job)
Office Time: 9:30 to 06:00 PM
Working Days- 6 Days
Skills Needed:
- Strong Follow-up
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced at dealing with a range of external stakeholders and internal departments
- Drafting , Time Management and Problem Solver
- Relationship Building
IT literacy:
- Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, access database software, Google drive etc.
Job Responsibility:
- Creating opportunities and new markets across for existing and new products
- Getting approvals and being responsible for the entire market from identification to conversion
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and utilities
- Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Always updated with global market knowledge and insights
- Convert enquiry to business generation
Advantage if knowledge of mentioned products- Isolator/Disconnector, Surge Arrester, Auto Recloser, Load Break Switch, Fault Passage indicator, Railway Switches, or from Transformer industry
