Eleczo - Sales Role (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to assist with the selling of complex scientific and technological products or services.
- The Sales Engineer's responsibilities include maintaining an extensive knowledge of the products' parts, functions, and processes and assisting to close sales where technical expertise may be required to fit the clients' needs.
- You will be responsible for selling into new prospects as well as farming back into existing customers to ensure high renewal and customer satisfaction levels.
- Measures of success include new customer acquisition rates, renewal rates, up-selling, cross-selling, customer satisfaction and contribution to overall sales team and business success.
Note : This is not a remote job. Only Face 2 face interview process.
