Electrum IT Solution - Executive - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards.
- Maintain an accurate log of activity.
- Other duties and projects as assigned.
- Generate qualified leads and send them to the Business Development team.
- Use research software to seek out decision-makers.
- First point of contact for answering company phones (low volume).
- Identify potential buyers and companies matching Ideal Customer Profile.
- Prepare and execute email, video, and marketing campaigns.
- Build and test new messaging to improve campaign performance.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines.
- Execute strategies that adhere to the brand objectives across media buys, email, customer journeys, and direct mail.
- Supporting Sales Teams with industry news and trends.
- LinkedIn Customer Engagement.
- Coordinate the execution of email and SMS messages.
- Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
Requirements :
- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Prefer at least 1 year of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Critical thinker with the ability to think on your feet, try new approaches, and bounce back when things don- t go your way.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to influence and persuade others internally and externally.
- Strong communication skills over the phone.
- Established LinkedIn Profile.
- 1-2 years of professional writing experience.
- Previous sales experience preferred.
- Prior sales, marketing, or recruiting experience a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
- Self-starter: ability to achieve goals without daily supervision.
- Coachable and eager to learn.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong business acumen & writing skills.
