Electrolab - Executive - Export Sales & Marketing (1-4 yrs)
- Manage current Existing Customers. Doing and answering mails from the customers. Sending them quotes or any other technical data sheet
- Following up for new orders, Sending the samples, Tracking the old orders with dispatch department in company,
- Following up the payments if required, Doing all the necessary communication with the customers.
- Create new business leads through extensive market research on internet or other data collecting source.
- Generating new prospects; Developing and managing excellent rapport with clients.
- Contact prospective : customers over phone / email / In person.
- Handling inquiries and convert them into orders, Data storage & all filings related to your accounts.
- To design email newsletter, Market reports for Business Lead campaigns.
- Targeting customers based on their company type, company size, revenue details.
- Forecast and track marketing and sales trends, analyzing collected data.
- Report generation for all the marketing / Sales activities.
- Onboarding of agents
- Attending exhibitions, webinars
- Value addition to Customers
- Coordinating to overseas customer
- Export Sales knowledge, Very good in English Communication Skills
