Electrify Services - Executive - Lead Generation (1-2 yrs)
Position Title : Lead Generation Executive - Full Time
- Electrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for a Lead Generation Executive to play a key role in helping us build the foundation for our Sales and Marketing teams. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves.

Major Job Duties :
- Work closely with Electrify leadership team to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Conduct high-volume prospecting (60-100 activities per day) to generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
- Expertise in proposal drafting
- Schedule meetings and calls for the management team for new leads.
- Effectively communicate the company's services and solutions to prospects
- Stay up to date on new products, services, and solutions.
- Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
- Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
- Keep prospective client database updated.
- Increase company involvement with existing clients
- Other duties as assigned.

We are Looking For People Who Have :
- 1+ years of successful experience in a sales environment positioning a service or technology solution. An electronics background would be a plus.
- Must know about different tools of lead generation.
- Having knowledge about Social media to generate a lead.
- Experience calling on senior executives & technical decision-makers within all-sized organizations.
- Highly energetic and motivated, with strong attention to detail
- A passion for sales and technology
- A track record of high achievement
- Identify and manage risk
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft suites- word, excel, ppt
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment with peers who challenge you to be better.

- Previous sales experience in which you demonstrated the ability to meet or exceed sales quotas a plus (but not required)
