ElectricPe - Key Account Executive/Key Account Management (1-3 yrs)
Position - Key Account Manager, Key Account Executive
Responsibilities :
This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall be working on - acquiring & closing customers - both B2B & B2C, deployments, account management & account growth. All throughout provide exceptional customer service while driving growth.
- Generate, follow up & close B2B leads by moving them through the sales cycle
- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions that meet them
- Negotiate and close customer contracts
- Deployment of products, initial training & articulation of best practices to clients
- Achieve business goals, targets & milestones
- Research, visit market, plan & implement new market initiatives to generate new leads
- Ensuring customer delight leading to retention & referrals
- Gather consistent feedback from market for existing offerings competition insights
- Monitor the service quality parameters
- Operational guidance & support to internal functions & drive change suited to customer needs
- Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns and promote product portfolio
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Exceptional sales closing, relationship building & account management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Must have prior business development experience on field
- Self-motivated with a desire to make a difference & grow rapidly
- Experience in microsoft office & google applications
- Enthusiastic with a positive attitude to life (and work)
- Good Interpersonal, written & verbal communication skills
