ElectricPe - Executive - Business Development - Retail Segment (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities-
This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall be working on - acquiring & closing customers -B2B, retail shops and merchants, deployments, account management & account growth. All throughout provide exceptional customer service while driving growth.
- Generate, follow up & close leads in the designated area
- Identify customer requirements and offer solutions that meet them
- Negotiate and close deals and get the deployments done
- Achieve business goals, targets & milestones
- Research, visit market, plan & implement new market initiatives to generate new leads
- Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to retention & referrals
- Gather consistent feedback from market for existing offerings competition insights
- Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns and promote product portfolio
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 1+years of experience in retail sales in fintech background
- Exceptional sales closing, relationship building & account management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation
