Job description

You will be responsible for :

- Generate Control Panel Enquiry

- Generate New Potential customer for VFD and PLC Control Panel

- Control Panel Project cost Estimation

- customer discussion and technical clarification

- Negotiation and order closing

- Customer relationship development for recurring business

- New business development strategy

- Systems Experience

- Automation and Electric control panel Sales & cost estimation experience.

- Automation Product and Projects sales experience

- Knowledge of Process industry and machine industry

- Knowledge of Electric & Automation control panel sales

- Acquiring and managing relationships with corporate and institutional clients in your area of focus to achieve sales targets and business objectives.

- Developing strong internal relationships to optimise service delivery and ensure all practices are in line with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.

- Building the sales funnel generating leads via cold calling, emailing and other lead generation activities.

- Handling incoming queries and building good client relationships.

- Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.

- Handing over qualified leads to the sales teams with the objective of closing the sale.

- Maintaining and updating the lead generation database.

- Achieving weekly/monthly targets as set out by the business.

The Profile

- You have at least 1 year experience within a Inside Sales/Sales Development Representative or Sales/Relationship Manager role, ideally within the Electronics and Precision Engineering/Robotics/IOT industry.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders

- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
