Please find below the Job Description of Academic Counsellor -

1. Strong cold calling and prospecting skills on the phone and in-person.

2. Ability to provide clear & effective information via phone.

3. Ability to generate walk-ins and create sales pipelines.

4. Target-oriented approach, as there will be value-based monthly benchmarks that will have to be met.

5. Manage and update student database with aggressive follow-up.

6. Comfortable in talking to people and also a good listener.

Skills Required : 

1. Good communication skills (in Hindi, English & Bengali).

2. Good convincing power.

3. Self-motivated and capable of making commitments.

4. Setting priorities to deliver results on time.
