Job Summary:
As a key member of the Eldrok ( www.eldrok.com) team, the Marketing Manager is required to strategize, plan, develop and execute the roadmap for various assignments. The job will require new business development, brand strengthening and lot of coordination activities to accomplish the objectives of events and exhibitions and create sustainable profit centers from same.
- Key responsibilities:
1. Planning and coordination and implementation:
- The individual shall plan, develop and execute the roadmap as per customer and event requirement and shall strategize to carry out marketing activities for various events and exhibitions.
- This shall also include promotional / advertising / digital media campaigns for the exhibitions as well.
- The role requires coordination with third party and stakeholders for different activities like
- Managing aspects of print production, receipt and distribution,
- Liaisoning with local vendors and suppliers for material, payments, registration etc.
- Development and fulfilment of sponsorship and revenue opportunities.
- Working in close coordination with research team to analyse and segment customer data to meet event objectives.
2. Evaluating effectiveness:
- Analyzing event effectiveness and based on insights and data captured, creating robust plan for future events.
- Evaluating customer segmentation and developing customized strategies to contact clients and probable customers.
- Measuring effectiveness in terms of cost control and cost saving measures for the events.
3. Relationship Management/ Brand management
- Developing and executing plan to maintain relationship with all stakeholders and develop new client
- Developing and executing strategies for enhancing social and print media to strengthen brand and event awareness
- Rigorous follow-up will be an integral part of the role to ensure turn out ratio is high.
- Attending various conferences, events and industry meets for business development activities.
- Identifying slues lead and creating a winning pitch for successful conversion
4.MIS
- Developing and managing various reports like customer visits, client feedback, call logs, sales report etc.
