- Interacting with customers over call.
- Managing customer service inquiries.
- Assessing customers need to achieve satisfaction.
- Convey accurate and required information to the customers.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

- Flexible with night shifts (Home drop facility available).
- Five days working in a week (Saturday & Sunday fixed off).
