Job Summary

ElaWoman is seeking a Sales Manager to help generate new business opportunities across India with Hospitals and Clinics.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities across India with Hospitals and Clinics

- Drive revenue from Clinics and Hospitals through advertising, branding and Brand promotion on Ela Platform

- Demo Ela Woman platform benefits and use cases to Hospitals and Doctors

- Nourish existing relationships and strive towards best Doctor experience

- Negotiate contractual terms, pricing and services with the partners

- Keep an ear to the ground on healthcare trends and market

- Contribute towards platform development by sharing market requirements

- Continuously track towards company's goals and aspirations

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Qualification -

- Bachelor's degree from accredited institution and 3+ plus years of relevant experience.

- MBA (Sales and Marketing) or Master's Degree related field

- Experience - Min. 3 years of relevant experience

Skills

- Previous relevant experience (2-5 years) within Healthcare/Hospitals/Doctor Relations is a MUST

- Experience in commercial discussions with Hospitals/ Doctors/ Marketing Heads

- Track record of driving incremental revenue opportunities and closing sales

- Prefered - Management graduate from a Tier-1 school

- Be able to thrive in a complex and demanding startup environment

- Street smart, open minded, analytical, persistent, accountable and ethical

- Strong work ethic and self-starter a must. Required Computer Skills.

- Presentation experience
