EKOSTAY - Senior Business Development Executive (1-5 yrs)
EkoStay is a homestay hospitality firm based out of Mumbai with its primary operations into villa and apartment rentals. We collaborate and partner with home-owners to manage their properties by running them on daily rentals as vacation homes.

We are currently looking for a Senior Business Development Executive to acquire new properties on board with EKO STAY in different regions across India:
Role- Senior Business Development Executive
Industry Type- Hospitality
Job Location- Worli, Mumbai
C.T.C- 3 Lakhs- 3.6 Lakhs per annum plus Incentives for each property acquired.
Must be Fluent in English & Hindi . Marathi preferred
Job Details (Not limited to) :
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients (homeowners & their properties) through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the brokers of respective markets.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping the team with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with company trends, to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
- Lead the BD Team
- Identify and shortlist properties adhering to our standards.
- Pitch homeowners/ guesthouses to get on-board with EKO STAY through our guidelines & as per our standards
- Scheduling appointments and arranging meetings with homeowners to close the deal. The job would require travelling to close deals with these homeowners
- Candidates should have Experience in the similar field & real estate knowledge
- Candidates must be able to travel to our Worli office regularly (11am-7pm)
Prerequisite :
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Professional yet affable disposition.
- Neat, well-groomed appearance.
- Great networking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- Emboldened by challenges.
- Team Leadership experience
- Extensive BD experience (Min.2 years)
- Should have a vehicle
