Summary:
Candidate will have to attempt cold calls to potential students and generate leads. Once the leads are generated, a candidate is required to follow up and convince them for various courses.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Calling and counselling students & parents.
- Fixing an Appointments & Passing lead to the Sales team for closure - CRM.
- Attending & resolving queries of students related to courses.
- Maintaining a database of Students
- Maintaining MIS of day to day activities etc.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication skills are required.
- Fluent English speaking will be much appreciated.
- Convincing skills & Good phone Etiquette
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Candidate should have never give up attitude & Target oriented, Proactive, Good, Energy,
- Expertise: Excellent communication skills should be a good listener and Patient.
