Overview :
The Partnership and Alliance Executive is responsible for building, nurturing, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the organization's growth objectives. This role involves identifying potential partners, fostering strong relationships, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify Strategic Partnerships : Research and identify potential partners that align with the company's business goals and can drive mutual growth and success.
- Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner organizations, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Partnership Development : Negotiate terms, create partnership proposals, and formalize agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams : Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other relevant teams to ensure alignment and maximize the value derived from partnerships.
- Monitor and Evaluate Partnership Performance : Regularly assess the effectiveness of partnerships and alliances, ensuring they meet strategic objectives and deliver a return on investment.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new partnership opportunities and adjust existing strategies accordingly.
- Reporting : Prepare regular reports on the status of partnerships and alliances, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Event and Campaign Collaboration : Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, events, and other initiatives with partners to drive co-branding and collaborative efforts.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelor's degree (Any field)
- Experience : 1-3 Years
