EHL - Executive - Field Sales (1-10 yrs)

- The purpose of this role is to increase qualified lead generation, submission and enrollment rates through active field sales initiatives in assigned territory(ies).
- Attend fairs and other recruitment activities targeting students investigating further education options
- Lead follow up and nurturing
- Event organization in assigned territory(ies) for high school students, counselors, parents
- Manage current and develop new relationships with potential feeder schools, raising EHL brand awareness
- Prepare and communicate adequate reporting to management
- Meet key stakeholders in market to attract new applications
- Manage budget efficiently so as to increase ROI
- Normal working day, will include weekends and evenings. Could include travel up to 50%.
Key Success Measures :
- Lead generated through field sales activities (qualified)
- Submission rate
- Acceptance rate (qualification)
- Enrollment rate (number of students that actually start)
- Results in sales quality audits
- CRM use, analytical skills, Mastery of Pack office, Ease with IT systems, service oriented, excellent communication and influencing skills. Attention to details
