Egro Communications - Executive - Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive who have the ability to Think Out of The Box and can plan, execute and optimize as per client's requirement.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology and must think uniquely to improvise his/her ideas. Candidate must be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the Internet can become a strong asset to securing growing revenue. Candidate will have to be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce marketing campaign.
Responsibilities :
1. Designing creatives for Social Media campaigns and organic postings using his/her unique thinking.
2. Designing literatures (Leaflets, Brochures, Banners, etc.)
3. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
4. Formulation of Marketing strategies in Social Media and Search Engines with unique ideas
5. Plan and monitor our client's presence on Social Media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and launch optimized Social Media campaigns for them.
6. Launch optimized online campaigns in Search Engines through Google AdWords, Bing, etc.
7. On-Page SEO with technical evolvement and necessary changes.
8. Plan and launch optimized You Tube Ads.
9. Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
10. Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, WebTrends, etc.)
11. Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
12. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors
Requirements :
1. Must have a proven track record as a Digital Marketer
2. Experience with B2C social media, Google AdWords
3. Must be able to Think Out of The Box and come up with new ideas of Digital Marketing and Designing
4. Must have vast knowledge and efficiency over SEM, SMM and SMO
5. Must be able to design various creatives (social media organic and In-organic post) and literatures (Leaflets, Brochures, Banners, etc.)
6. Must be a team player and can work remotely from home.
7. Have sound knowledge on different designing software and online tools e.g., - Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and others.
8. Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)
9. Must have knowledge on different SEM parts like Keyword Research, Website Auditing, Creative Content Writing.
