Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.

- Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients through cold calls, emails, and other methods.

- Conduct meetings and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the company's services and solutions.

- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.

- Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.

- Provide insights on competitors, product positioning, and opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials for client interactions.

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Experience : 1-3 years in business development, sales, or a related role.

- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Technology : Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

- Attribute : Goal-oriented, proactive, and driven to achieve sales targets.
