Role Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Bangalore branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the branch's daily operations, managing staff, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of finance, marketing, and sales principles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the daily operations of the Bangalore branch, including staff management, sales strategy development, and budget management.

- Ensure the branch achieves its revenue and profitability targets.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

- Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure seamless business operations.

- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Lead and handle a team, ensuring effective communication, motivation, and performance management.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

- Strong knowledge of finance, marketing, and sales principles.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in team leading and handling.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience in the consulting industry is a plus.

- Familiarity with the Indian business and startup ecosystem is a plus.
