eGlu - Customer Service/Technical Support Role (0-2 yrs)
Looking for a young dynamic person who can interact with our existing and potential customers; understand issues faced by them and provide them with prompt and appropriate support. The candidate would also be working with the marketing and sales team to provide them necessary support for branding and lead generation by sending emails are interacting with potential channel partners.
Following are the key requirements for the job:
- Very good spoken English without any heavy accent.
- Able to speak and understand in Hindi- Other regional languages (spoken) are a plus
- Able to use MS tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Able to communicate in clear and concise manner (Spoken as well as written)
- Able to learn quickly
- Be a team player
