Eggoz - Area Sales Manager (5-9 yrs)
KRAs:
- Focus on sustainable GT and MT sales - Volume and availability
- Drive availability of Eggoz products and ensure smooth merchandising and distribution through team
- Ensure specific focus on improving market share growth of brand in the category by ensuring visibility, coverage and availability
- Analyse consumer consumption patterns, market and competition products and launches and devise specific Go-To Market plans
- Leverage technology upgradation initiatives to increase the productivity of the team
Candidate Skills & Qualifications :
- 5-7 years of Sales experience in an FMCG set-up
- Keen on-the-ground working person and passionate about sales
- Willing to work 6 Days a week
- Fast learner and quick thinker with good sales analytics skills and understands business potential
- Can communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Is a good team leader and team player
