Job Description: Inside Sales Executive (B2B Enterprise SaaS) Experience Required: 4+ years.
Job Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
We are seeking a highly motivated and results driven, Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at EffiGO Global. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base within the B2B enterprise Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry. You will utilize your strong communication and persuasive skills to build relationships, understand customer needs, and contribute to generating business.
Responsibilities :
1. Research, prospect and generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline.
2. Articulate the value proposition of our Enterprise SaaS solution effectively, addressing client pain points and illustrating the benefits for their business.
3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, to showcase the features and functionalities of our SaaS offering.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive customer satisfaction.
5. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while consistently maintaining an accurate sales forecast.
Candidate Profile :
1. Experience :
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Enterprise SaaS industry. Prior experience in inside sales or account management is highly desirable. 1-4 years of work experience preferred.
2. Knowledge :
Familiarity with SaaS technology, cloud-based solutions, and B2B sales processes. Understanding of enterprise-level software adoption cycles and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
3. Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively deliver sales pitches.
4. Relationship Building :
Strong interpersonal skills to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Ability to establish trust and credibility with prospects and clients.
5. Results-Driven :
Self-motivated and able to work in a target-oriented environment. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
6. Adaptability :
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment with the ability to adapt to changes and embrace new technologies and solutions.
