About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated SaaS Solution Executive with 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, particularly in the SaaS industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding our customer base in the designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target potential B2B clients in the assigned territory.

- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.

- Visit leads or clients and pitch company products in person (90% of the job will be in the field).

- Establish, Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.

- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

- Must own a vehicle, petrol allowances & travel allowances will be provided.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
