Job Overview:
Efficiently is looking for an experienced, energetic, and talented Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team in supporting our sales pipeline. This inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in customer acquisition, lead nurturing, and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making 70+ calls per day and meeting sales quota, working with the sales team, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. Roles & Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails.
- Identify customer needs and requirements and articulate solution benefits.
- Work in B2B customer segments only.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outside sales representatives for further development and closure.
- Work with the sales team to build pipelines and close deals.
- Track record building new and maintaining strong current customer relationships.
- Demonstrate products and represent the company in meetings and conferences, in-person and online.
- Track all activity in Salesforce (CRM).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of Sales experience with a minimum of 2+ years of international experience. (Preferably with US B2B Sales experience but not with Middle East sales experience.)
Outbound Sales - US Region experience.
Having IT(Tech) sales experience would be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing 70+ calls per day.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Experience working with HubSpot or similar CRM.
