Job Description :
1. The glue that holds the sales team together, provides the training and motivation to the team to reach sales goals.
2. Assist Managers in Sales Strategy Development.
3. Prospecting outbound/inbound leads on call for company offerings.
4. Converting monthly acquisition targets.
5. Providing customer feedback to product and technology teams.
6. Perform funnel analytics to identify areas to improve month on month.
7. Provide inputs to reporting manager on pitch standardization.
8. Motivate and manage team to strive hard for acquiring monthly targets.
Requirements :
1. Experience of handling team of 10 -15 people.
2. Should have done a business of 20 -25 lakhs per month.
3. Sales Industry Experience.
4. Communication Skills.
5. Tele Sales experience preferred.
6. Leadership & Motivational Skills.
