- Developing Marketing & Sales Strategies of targeted programs
- Client meetings and presentations of targeted programs

- Liaison with all functions within the organisation:
Office Administrations - Sales Process Monitoring and Daily Feedback with reporting
Logistics - Close co-ordination for task scheduling of projects & smooth execution of programs
- Tele-marketing and cold calling of targeted programs
- Responsible for promotional events, E-mail campaigns and promotional merchandise for programs
- Participation in promotional events and creating promotional merchandise
- Drive process automation within the organisation in line with vision of the top management
- Ensure thorough execution of Capability enhancement agenda at multiple levels.
- Provide administrative support to various initiatives driven by top management for improving productivity and performance through process oriented approach.
- Other general administrative tasks
