Edvizo - Associate - Business Development (1-3 yrs)
Location: Anywhere in Northeast/Multiple Locations

Salary: 5.5 - 7 LPA (2.5 - 3 LPA for the first 3 months)

Business Development is quite an easy job actually. Why? Because it totally depends on your communication skills, your wits and your mind. Not pesky software proficiency is required to advance in career, no need to submit long reports and present ppts to your boss.. nothing. You got to do this one thing and only one thing - You just need to increase our company's business- .
At Edvizo, BDA have the following responsibilities:
- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (schools, parents and students)
- Achieve sales figures every month. (essential)
- Surpass the minimum target and get incentive ($$$) every month. (optional)
- Try to convert as many leads as possible.
- Come up with ideas to generate new leads, during dry spell.
- Be on time everyday. (yes. it is necessary)
As you progress, you will be given charge of your own teams and promoted to manager and Sr. Manager with time.
Preferred Skill Sets:
- interest in education.
- Being interested in mentoring students.
- A knack for sales and positioning an idea.
- Self-motivated & confident.
- Responsible for achieving business targets.
- Experience in the education sector is strongly preferred.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
