JD Content Editor (Only Comedy)
Abilities & Responsibilities :
- Should have excellent sense of humor.
- Creative writing in hindi (need an individual who can make people laugh in just a single sentence).
- Comedy writing in hindi (scripts for the video content).
- Supervise a team of writers and coordinate with freelance contributors.
- Proofread and edit the scripts in order to make them crisp & catchy.
- Ensure that script is ready for production.
- Ensure that content meets the company needs, and follows our in-house style guide.
- Organize, modify and update existing content.
- Verify content and information.
- Work with the production team to ensure a user-friendly experience.
- Collaborate with co-workers and come up with fresh, creative content ideas, keeping our audience in mind.
- Manage a busy workload according to deadline.
- Analyze data and analytics, and seek to increase viewers engagement and retention.
- Knowledge of SEO and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Comedy/Humor writing & editing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Journalism or related field.
- Writing, copy editing, and proofreading experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in desktop publishing software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Social Media platforms.
