Eduvanz Financing - Academic Counselor - Sales (5-7 yrs)
- Provide guidance and support to students who are pursuing their educational goals
- Conduct assessments of student needs and create individualized plans to help them achieve their academic objectives
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievements
- Collaborate with our team of education experts to develop and implement programs and initiatives that enhance the educational experience for our students
- Actively participate in the development and launch of new products and services
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in education and share this knowledge with students and colleagues
- 5+ years of experience in academic counseling or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their goals
- Must possess abilities for driving sales and continuous improvement in conversion ratios.
- Passionate in crunching enrolments and meeting monthly targets.
