Responsibility :
1. Speaking with the existing clients/customers to address their concerns
2. Ensure all associations with the customers are done in a timely and organised manner
3. Extract all necessary data and input from the client as per the service requirement of the company
4. Cross Sell & Upsell newer products
Requirements :
1. Previous experience in data & customer handling.
2. Proficiency in computers, CRM & customer connect tools
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Must possess the ability to multitask.
5. Excellent phone conversation skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Minimum 3 years of experience in handling Customer Support for a B2B organization
- The profile involves working from the office.
- The job locations are Bangalore and Gurgaon
- The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company.
