Edustoke - Executive - Inside Sales - Academics (1-4 yrs)
Responsibility
1. Speaking with the prospective parent, understanding the requirement and helping the parent to find the best school for their child among the partner schools.
2. Achieve the monthly assigned target of student admission across schools.
3. Gaining a deep understanding of the schools being represented, curriculums, parent preferences etc.
Requirements :
1. Previous experience in an outbound call centre or a related sales position preferably B2C.
2. Proficiency in basic computers and CRM
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
4. Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
5. Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
6. Exceptional customer service skills.
7. Strong listening and sales skills.
8. Ability to achieve targets.
9. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone shall be strongly preferred.
10. Ideal candidate should have an experience of 1+ Years
Logistics
1. The profile involves working from the office.
2. The job locations is Bangalore, Mumbai & Gurgaon
3. The candidate should have a functional laptop along with the mobile phone to be used for official work. The SIM card shall be issued by the company.
