"Responsible for the development and setting up of partner network at Edureka by managing and strengthening key partnerships and acquiring new partners-
List of Duties and Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new partners (channel, strategic) by initiating, structuring, and negotiating high-impact partnerships
- Manage and develop existing partnerships to maximize revenues and user experience and optimize costs
- Interact with partners to develop a combined strategy to achieve mutual goals
- Monitoring of the direction / nature of the partnership to take timely action where required
- Retention of key partners (for revenue, brand value, representation of industry segment, etc)
- Provide reports, collaterals etc as required by / for the stakeholders
Skills Required
- Excellent networking relationships within the business community to provide the leverage for existing partnerships and potential new partnerships
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fluid, and collaborative environment
- Must have prior experience in channel sales and building up a strategic partner ecosystem to drive growth and revenue for the organization.
- Must have a solid understanding of marketing programs, events, and promotions, as well as experience in developing partner marketing plans
- Customer focused and a partner advocate
- Hands-on, self-directed executive who plans, prepares and executes professionally
- Analytical capability to deal with the technical, contractual, and financial aspect of the business.
- Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional teams.
- The ability to deal with a range of clients spanning across diverse industry segments.
