Edureify - Manager - Business Development (2-5 yrs)
Edureify is looking for Business Development Manager who will be involved in on-boarding Engineering Colleges/University partners and corporate, sourcing relevant students & managing the entire sales life cycle including branding, lead generation and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relations with Colleges/Universities and Companies
- Enable business growth by developing & managing a network of University partners Pan India
- Liaising with TPO, Department Heads,HR and Directors
- Organizing webinars, seminars, and workshops, etc. in partner colleges/Universities
- Open to travel extensively across states/cities
- Manage the partnership process including, initiation, on-boarding, and ongoing support
- Manage BTL promotions and activities for lead generation and branding
- Should be good at giving presentations or seminars to generate lead and for on-boarding new partners.
- Should be responsible for creating brand awareness among the students of on-boarded Colleges/Universities and new collaborations as well.
Requirement:
Graduate / MBA, with experience in Marketing/Sales in the Education industry will be preferred
Excellent Marketing, Convincing, and Presentation Skills
Ability to communicate with TPO, Department heads, and decision-makers
Ability to market and open a new client base
Exceptional communicator and influence
Confident and persevering risk-taker who thrives in a high-performance high-growth environment
Track record of achieving or exceeding the sales targets in the last 1 year, essential
