- End to end training execution as per the client requirement by acquiring workforce for the skill set needed
- Building a good relationship with L&D teams and key decision makers of various organizations.
- Meeting existing clients and build a robust relationship with them.
- Act as a single point of contact between key customers and our internal team.
- Cross-functional coordination with different training stakeholders.
- Resolving clients issues and complaints.
- Acquiring new clients, understand our services and acquire new clients on-board.
