Roles and Responsibilities :

- Managing center business

- Taking ownership of profitability

- Creating a customer experience

- Managing team

- Handling walk-ins and distributing walk-ins to team

- Ensure walk-ins are converted to admission and meet the team target

- To be handling customer queries smoothly providing with up to date information

- To ensure self and team learning is done with the respective product heads

- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth function like admin, IT, sales, customer support

- Single point of contact

- To counsel the students and ensuring good conversion

- Understand customer requirement and be able to position the right product

- Distributing and managing telephonic counseling

- Responsible for operational process/co-ordination of courses assigned

- Maintain relation with students for references
