Eduonix - Manager - Digital Marketing/Online Marketing - eCommerce (3-6 yrs)
- 3+ years hands-on experience in scaling digital marketing teams, across various digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content etc.,).
- Proven record of building and scaling profitable marketing teams
- Ability to devise strategies across all channels
- Experience in analysing data across multiple platforms and providing insights for improving scale/efficiency.
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities.
- Connections with influencers in the domain is a plus.
- Prior experience across an e-commerce company would be preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Managing SEM/ SEO/ Social Media Marketing budgets and Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities.
- Build a data-driven marketing team to run profitable campaigns across all marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social, Email etc.)
- Achieve the targeted ROI for all Ad spends on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Process implementation, including defining and tracking programs.
- Optimization and bid management of PPC campaigns.
- Analyse Clicks and Conversion data, ad expenses and ROI
- In-depth keyword and audience research, Competition analysis, Web Site analysis.
- Creating multiple ad copies and split testing of campaigns across multiple advert groups
- Progress report of online marketing Campaigns.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in key e-commerce companies and have prior e-commerce exposure in Online marketing vehicles.
- Co-ordinating marketing campaigns with pre-sales and sales activities.
- Help the team achieve targets by introducing training, skill building and incentives into the process.
- Conduct multiple new experiments with a dedicated budget and monitor the outcomes.
- Experiment with multiple new channels beyond the traditional SEO, content, social media and PPC.
- Coordinate with the product team to understand market and competitor analysis and form strategies around them.
- Make use of the internal data to understand customer behaviour while creating new campaigns.
- Work with Marketing Head on planning for hiring, budgeting & implementing new processes.
- Creating a wide range of different marketing materials.
Education:
- Preference would be given to Engineers & MBA from Tier A institutions.
