Job Description :
As the Digital Marketing Manager at Eduonix Learning Solutions, you'll lead efforts to enhance brand visibility, engage our audience, and drive conversions through strategic digital marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities :
1. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
2. Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
3. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
4. Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, CRM like ZOHO)
5. Manage PPC campaigns effectively, including keyword research, ad creation, bid management, and performance tracking.
6. Monitor the performance of your PPC campaigns using key metrics such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate (CVR), cost per click (CPC), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
8. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
9. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
10. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
11. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
12. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
13. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
14. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
15. Working knowledge of ad serving tools.
16. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
17. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Attributes :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading teams, guiding them towards achieving digital marketing objectives, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
2. Expertise in managing digital marketing budgets efficiently, optimizing spending to achieve maximum ROI and meet revenue targets
3. Proficiency in developing strategic marketing plans and generating comprehensive reports to track performance metrics and measure campaign effectiveness.
4. Strong analytical skills coupled with the ability to conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
5. Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms used in digital marketing, leveraging automation and machine learning capabilities to enhance campaign performance.
6. Proven track record in driving revenue growth through digital marketing initiatives, demonstrating the ability to translate strategy into tangible business results.
7. Experience in B2C advertising campaigns is highly preferred.
8. Demonstrate expertise in developing ad strategies tailored to B2C audiences, utilizing various digital channels to drive engagement and conversions.
9. Exceptional communication skills in both English and Hindi, enabling effective collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
10. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, utilizing tools and metrics to derive actionable insights and drive informed decision-making.
11. Identifying relevant keywords and setting and adjusting bids for keywords and placements to maximize the return on investment (ROI) while staying within budget constraints.
Qualifications and experience :
1. Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. Candidates should possess a minimum of 5 years to 8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing roles.
