Role : The role of a Marketing Head with Digital Marketing expertise is multi-faceted, involving strategic planning, execution, analysis, and team leadership. By leveraging BTL and Digital marketing strategies and tools, the Marketing Head drives brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue growth while maintaining a consistent online presence and delivering measurable results.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Developing BTL Marketing Strategies :
- Create and implement below-the-line marketing strategies that complement the overall marketing objectives and brand positioning. This includes identifying target audiences, understanding their preferences, and determining the most effective BTL marketing channels and tactics.
2. Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies :
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Identify target audiences, create buyer personas, and develop customer segmentation strategies.
- Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media, email marketing, content marketing, and display advertising.
2. Agency Handling : Manage Online Presence and Branding :
1. Collaborate with the creative team, agencies, and vendors to develop and execute marketing campaigns and assets.
- Oversee the organization's online presence, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels through the agency
- Agency Monitor and manage the company's website, blog, social media accounts, and other online properties.
- Optimize the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of digital assets to drive engagement and conversions.
Content Marketing and SEO :
- Develop and oversee content marketing strategies, including content creation, distribution, and promotion.
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with content creators, copywriters, and designers to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital channels.
3. Drive Lead Generation :
- Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract qualified leads and grow the customer base.
- Optimize landing pages, calls-to-action, and lead capture forms to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to track lead generation and customer acquisition efforts.
4. Conduct Data Analysis and Performance Tracking :
- Utilize digital analytics tools to analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Monitor and report on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates (CTRs), and return on investment (ROI).
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize digital marketing strategies.
6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams :
- Work closely with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
7. Budget Management :
- Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Monitor and control costs related to digital marketing campaigns, tools, platforms, and advertising.
8. Stay Updated with Industry Trends :
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
9. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
10. Brand Monitoring and Reputation Management :
- Monitor and respond to online reviews, customer feedback, and social media conversations to maintain and enhance brand reputation.
- Implement strategies to manage and mitigate any potential brand reputation risks.

- Minimum of 9 Plus years of experience in Marketing, Business development
