JOB ROLE :
Technical Support Executive (Software) will be involved in improving the User Experience, Web Development and able to solve unique & challenging Technical problems.
JOB DESCRIPTION :
PROBLEM SOLVING ABILTY (TECHNICAL) :
- Responsible for supporting technical queries related to our software content and courses.
- Will support our content in multiple technology verticals related to software development, Big Data, Web and Mobile development.
- Communicating clearly the manifestation of defects to developers in order to resolve them on time.
- Work to ensure Software defects and errors are resolved in a timely manner
ANALYTICAL COORDINATION :
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Ensure that only quality escalations are passed through to Engineering for resolution
- Proactively manage self-learning to continually extend knowledge breadth and depth, particularly around new technologies or products.
- Continuously provide new information or knowledge to the support team.
QUALIFICATION :
Degree in Bsc (I.T), Bsc (C.S), BCA, MCA, BE.
EXPERIENCE :
- 0-1 Years of experience
SKILL SET :
- Professional Communication Skills is a must for the candidate
- Should be a problem solver.
- Analytical skills related to technology is a must.
- Be highly self-motivated and be able to quickly learn multiple applications.
- Independently handle projects with minimum supervision.
