Edumilestones - Manager - Sales - SaaS/CRM Solutions Domain (1-5 yrs)
- We are seeking a SaaS Sales Manager with a focus on the Asia market for eduabroad CRM, a leading CRM solution for Study Abroad companies. The ideal candidate should possess either a strong background in IT Solutions Sales or a high level of intent to excel in this field.
Responsibilities include :
- Identifying and prospecting potential customers.
- Conducting outbound campaigns via email, phone calls, and LinkedIn to schedule product demos.
- Conducting product demos and successfully converting prospects into paying customers.
- Meeting monthly sales targets.
- Updating customer interactions in our CRM system and providing weekly progress reports against goals.
- Maintaining a quality pipeline and ensuring the CRM system is kept up-to-date.
- Compensation will include a base payout and an attractive sales commission structure, incentivized by monthly bookings and other bonuses as announced.
Requirements :
- Prior B2B SaaS product sales experience.
- Experience selling SaaS subscriptions in global markets.
- Proven track record in IT/SAAS sales.
- Hands-on experience in conducting product demos.
- Prior experience in managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to expansion.
- Familiarity with SaaS sales metrics.
- Comfortable working in an autonomous and metric-driven environment.
