Responsibilities :
Telesales
- Conduct end-to-end sales activities related to career development services.
- Generate leads through cold calling.
- Meet monthly targets and set key result areas (KRA) for sales performance.
- Convert leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and persuasion.
- Close sales deals by addressing client needs and objections.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree (Fresher or Experienced in the Edtech sales industry)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM and Excel experience is preferred
