EduisFun - Manager/Head - Sales Training (4-5 yrs)

Description

As a Sales Trainer, you will directly handle customer escalations and work to find the best sales strategy. As the team is responsible for selling all Eduisfun Products, you will need to be the ultimate customer advocate. You will own the assigned escalation and work directly with the counselors to resolve the issue in a way that not only makes the customer buy that product but surprises them by how well it is handled. As part of this, you will also own all the communications with the affected customer so they are always as up to date as possible. As well, you will help manage projects to improve the customer experience and make sure that customers take our product.

Responsibilities

- The candidate will be required to take complete ownership for training new hires and existing employees in all aspects of their KRAs

- Conduct regular training sessions for In-House employees, BPO Employees, Franchise Partners, and other employees, based on specific needs

- Deliver Sales, Product Training, along with Soft Skills Training, Email Training, Time Management Training, Counseling Training, as and when required

- Develops managerial results by orienting new managers; conducting management-training programs; providing learning resources; coaching individual managers.

- Determines training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness.

- Creating Relevant Content for Training, as per need analysis of the same.

- Manage and issues to full resolution, including buying that product

- Help maintain appropriate metrics reporting to drive process improvements and issue awareness

Skill Sets

- Graduate from a prestigious engineering institute should be preferred, but not mandatory

- Presentation Skills, Meeting Management, Training Management Skills

- Excellent Analytical Skills and ability to analyze training needs

- Self-starter with ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time

- Should have a pedagogical approach.

- Good motivational and convincing skills.

- Confidence, Communication & Comprehension, Sales Acumen, Entrepreneurial Acumen.

- Willingness to Learn by observation & execute.
