Eduhorizon - Consultant - Marketing (1-5 yrs)
We 'Edzon Tech Services' innovate on a day to day problems and build automated software solutions for these problems. We mostly build web-services platform and corresponding Android-based applications. We work on distributed computing and host software-solutions in the cloud.
About the Vacanccy:
Selected Candidate's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Meet/ talk to Schools/ Coaching Institute's representatives, market and demo the software.
2. Respond to customer queries via email and calls
3. Put outbound efforts to call customers to understand their problems and any issues that they may have faced while using our product
4. Ensure that each consumer request has been responded within a certain time period
5. Follow-up with student/tutor/institute to answer user specific queries
6. Respond to queries or comments posted on our social media channels
7. Provide interference between EduHorizon and its users
