EduFund - Growth Marketer (3-7 yrs)

A growth marketer is responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention for a company or product. Their main goal is to increase revenue and customer base by implementing strategic marketing initiatives that help the company achieve sustainable growth.

The key responsibilities of a growth marketer include:

- Conducting market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.

- Developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, SEO, and content marketing

- Co-own key metrics across the customer journey i. e., user onboarding, user activation, user engagement/ retention and conversion.

- Analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization and growth

- Setting and tracking KPIs and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as product, sales, and design, to ensure alignment and synergy across all marketing efforts

- Experimenting with new ideas, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve and innovate marketing strategies

- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain competitive and relevant in the marketplace

- The ideal candidate for a growth marketer role should have a solid understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and customer psychology. They should be creative, analytical, and results-driven, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Specific criteria required:

The ideal candidate should come with 3+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and Product Marketing. It would be added advantage if they have worked with a B2C product start-up that has seen scale. Should have demonstrated success in driving and completing multiple projects simultaneously and setting priorities, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Should have a solid understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and customer psychology. They should be creative, analytical, and results-driven, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

EduFund is an early-stage platform that helps Indian parents plan for their child's higher education in advance. Our product allows families to invest for education, take education loans, and receive competitive scholarships! We were founded in 2020 by Eela Dubey (NYU 13') and Arindam Sengupta (Princeton 12').
