EduConverge - Tele-Counsellor (1-5 yrs)
We are marketing partner to many Premium Educational Institutes. We are looking for English Speaking tele- councellors who can counsel aspirants for Executive Programs.
Executive Program Counsellors :
a. Person Will be Calling on the Given Leads as well as the Relevant Data Provided and Achieving Given Targets.
b. Taking care of all Media (SMS/MAIL/WHATS APP) to promote the Courses or to communicate with the Clients.
c. Getting Blogs & Articles (VIA DM TEAM) on the Products to convince queries to get converted into Admissions.
d. Achieving day to day targets for no. of calls.
e. Managing Day to Day Reporting in the Given CRM (LMT) .
f. Justifying No. of Working Hours Via the Day Work Sheet Through the CRM (LMT)
Min 6 month relevant experience.
