Educonnect - Telecaller Role (1-2 yrs)

- As a Tele caller, you will engage with potential customers or identifying potential customer from cold calls, introducing them to our industry-relevant services to register with us and inviting them to visit our offline centers for personalized consultations or for a virtual consultation.
- With excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a knack for sales persuasion, you'll nurture leads, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Place outbound calls to potential customers or identifying potential customer from cold calls, introducing them to Regent Educonnect Services and inviting them to visit our offline centers or Virtual call for a personalized consultation.
- Engage with potential candidates in a courteous and professional manner, providing information about Regent Educonnect Services by building rapport to encourage walk-ins to our offline centers.
- Schedule appointments for interested customers to visit our offline centers.
- Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, answer any additional questions, and encourage prospective candidates to take the next step in their overseas education journey.
- Maintain accurate records of calls made, appointments scheduled, and customer interactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Make 150+ calls in a day, with focus on quality and maintaining the brand image.
Required Candidate profile :
- Candidates should have good communication skills,
- 12th Pass or Graduate
- Minimum 6 months exp. in Telecalling.
