Educational Sales Role (2-10 yrs)
Mobilization Support:
- Study & identify the best practices of mobilization across skilling industry
- Cascade the best practices across all the partners
- Create benchmarks for batch size, batch to batch gap and work on improving the same
Placement Support:
- Build partnerships with employers within and outside the Tata group
- Demand creation by effective way of identifying vocational opportunities both for employment and entrepreneurship
- Build industry network to all the partner centres
- Conduct job fairs for involving maximum number of stakeholders
- Monitor and improve the placement percentage of all partners
- Feedback on quality of candidates (Alumni/student) attended interviews to be collated and shared with all relevant functions within STRIVE
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Looking for a candidate who is minimum 2 to 3 years experienced in educational sales and bringing new students for the enrollment of courses by visiting schools, colleges, and universities.
